好棒棒便當菜

是的是的,留學生活果然才是真的中國廚藝學院啊!!

因為英國什麼東西都貴,而且還不一定好吃的關係,所有人都得自立自強才行,

好在在下我在台灣的時候就是阿基師的粉絲,還很愛煮飯,

所以到英國之後反而變成挑戰自己廚藝跟研發新菜單的好時光~~

因此今天要教大家在英國也可以做,在台灣更容易做的好棒棒便當菜囉!!

In UK, if you go to restrant very often, it will cost you a lot.

Therefore, international student in UK is definitily have to know how to cook.

Luckily, I used to cook in Taiwan.

After I came to UK, it's really a nice place for me to prove my cooking skill,

and also find some new ricipes :)

This time, I'm trying to teach everyone making 2 simple Taiwanese dishes!!

(I really make a English version, OMG.)

1. 辣炒馬鈴薯 ( Spicy Fried Potato)

 

準備材料(Contents)

馬鈴薯(Potato) - 3~5 個

豬絞肉(Pork mice) - 100g (or up to you, haha)

蔥(Spring onion) - 2 支

 

調味料(Source)

醬油(Soy source) - 適量(as much as you like)

米酒(rice wine) - 適量(as much as you like)

醋(Viniger) - 1大匙(1 spoon)

鹽(Salt) - 少許(not too much)

乾辣椒油(Chili oil) - 1大匙(1 spoon)

糖(Sugar) - 少許(a little bit)

香油(Sesame oil) - 少許(a little bit)

 

步驟(process):

1.馬鈴薯切小塊,煮滾水讓馬鈴薯煮到半熟取出備用

(Chop the potato, and put into boil water until it getting a little soft, then take it out)

2.豬絞肉用米酒先醃過去腥,加點油然後放入絞肉炒至變色

(Put rice wine into pork mice to remove the smell, and fried it with a little bit oil until the colour change)

3.調味料除了醋與香油外先拌在一起,將馬鈴薯加入鍋中拌炒

(Put all the sourse together without viniger and sesame oil, then put potato into pot with pork)

4.加入調味料拌炒至上色,關火加入蔥花、醋、香油

(Put the source into pot, and fried it until it looks good, turn off the fire, 

put the slice spring onion, viniger, sesame oil into the pot)

 

完成!!(Done!!)

2.青椒鑲肉(Sweet papper meat ball)

 

準備材料(Contents)

青椒(Sweet papper) - 2 個

豬絞肉(Pork mice) - 300g (or up to you, haha)

蔥(Spring onion) - 1 支

薑(Jinger) - 一點點(a little bit)

蛋(Egg) - 1 顆

麵粉(Flour) - 50g

 

調味料(Source)

醬油(Soy source) - 適量(as much as you like)

米酒(rice wine) - 適量(as much as you like)

鹽(Salt) - 少許(not too much)

糖(Sugar) - 少許(a little bit)

香油(Sesame oil) - 少許(a little bit)

 

步驟(process):

1.青椒對半切,洗淨後備用

(Chop sweet papper into two part, clean it and wait for the meat)

2.豬絞肉加入蛋、蔥花、薑末、麵粉及所有調味料拌勻

(Put egg, slice spring onion, jinger mice, flour and all the source into pork mice, and mix it together)

3.在青椒裡抹上一些麵粉,把拌好的肉填滿整個青椒

(Wipe some flour in the papper, and fill the meat into the papper like a ball)

4.放入微波爐裡5~6分鐘就可以囉!!或是用蒸的也OK!!

(Put into the microwave 5 to 6 mins, or you can steam it maybe 10 mins)

5.吃之前淋點醬油也很棒喔!!

(Put some soy sourse on the top before you eat its more tasty!!)

 

完成!!(Done!!)

 

 

我的天啊!!我竟然成功打好了中英文對照版的好棒棒便當菜!!

這樣大家都學會了嗎?是不是超級簡單的壓?

以後有機會做出更了不起的東西也還會繼續有好棒棒便當菜的文喔!!

Okay, I finished the ricipes!! I can't believe I made it!!

It's really easy to cook, isn't it?

Next time if I got more new idea, I also will make it like a ricipe for you guys.
